So I definitely wanted to dedicate this blog post to OHIO, which is why I'm featuring this mean OATW X Sole Classics bomber jacket, purchased as an exclusive release last summer and a total must have for my closet!

For those of you that don't know, OATW stands for "Ohio Against The World", a lifestyle clothing brand for progressive people who are eager to show their hometown pride. According to creator Floyd Johnson, aka Floyd From Ohio, OATW's  history all started from a hoodie. It's now taken off, selling everything down to beanies, flags, sweatshirts, you name it!

Check em out at OATW

Let's get down to business on this bomber though. I normally steer clear of purchasing anything white. One, because it gets dirty, two, because it gets dirty and three, because it gets dirty lol. But having come across this particular piece, noticing the creativity behind its design and admiring the patchwork, I mentally said "girl, screw the color, click BUY NOW!". I'm sure you see why!

The patchwork is something serious. Did I mention that already?
I finished off the outfit with my favorite pair of Steve Madden Gilte booties. I thought it gave a nice touch, making the outfit look what I call "astronaut casual" :)

Anyway.. I hope you guys enjoyed this post as much as I did. Feel free to let me know what you think by commenting below. I'm super anxious to hear any thoughts/ideas about what feature I should do next. Until next time!

A few weeks ago I came across an awesome premiere boutique in Hyde Park called Corporate. One, I was shocked that the business had been around for a over 8 years, but two for those sneaker heads like myself, I was bummed at the fact that Cincinnati had a place to purchase exclusive sneakers and apparel. They recently opened up a pretty cool pop-up-shop in OTR. You should check it out.

Their slogan is "Corporate Got'em" and when it comes to exclusive hard to come by sneakers that is exactly the case. Matt, the owner was extremely helpful and super chill. He gave me a ton of background on the company and rubbed in my face how little I knew about his Cincinnati sneaker collection.

While in the store I came across a really dope Publish Brand jogger set. Their apparel not only exemplifies causal sophistication, but more importantly, it’s COMFY! They’re the type of brand where you can hop out of bed, throw on a sweat suit and looked super pulled together.

Shout out to the designers, wherever you are! J
